1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ubica mobile application ("App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. Use of Service

Ubica is a tool for family safety and voluntary location sharing. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Prohibited Uses

You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for unauthorized tracking, stalking, or harassment of any individual.
  • Attempt to circumvent the consent mechanisms of the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Ubica offers premium features through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your store account settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they control all financial transactions.

6. No Unauthorized Tracking

Ubica is NOT a "spy" app. It is a safety tool. Any attempt to use the App to track someone without their knowledge and consent is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on location data accuracy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
